Born and grown up in The Netherlands, I moved to Italy at the age of 25 (yes, for love 🧡).

Although I kept my dutchy, practical and direct approach, today I feel lucky and proud that people define me as well as “Italianized“. I love the warm way of socializing and taking care of each other and appreciate the “Carpe Diem” mindset (sometimes with a wink!).

Moving to Italy at an adult age, drove me to challenge obstacles when building a new social and professional life. Here is when I realized that change only works out if we ourselves are the ones steering the ship.

For over twenty years I have been working and coordinating, first in multinational companies and later in the Non-Profit sector, activities and projects that support adults and young people to grow personally and professionally.

Later, I focused on projects that promote youth mobility in Europe such as internships, cultural exchanges and volunteering. These experiences enable youngsters to discover their talents, develop new skills and enhance self-awareness.

Becoming a professional coach was a natural response to my desire for personal growth and my commitment to supporting young people in taking control of their lives with greater awareness.

I obtained the “Professional Coaching Program” diploma from INCOACHING® and the dual diploma in “European Coaching & NLP Program” from Allenati per l’Eccellenza—both accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I offer coaching sessions in Italian, English, and Dutch.
